O'Neill International Visiting Scholar Program
The O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs welcomes international scholars, policy leaders, and professionals from around the world to join our academic community through the O'Neill International Visiting Scholar Program (OIVSP). International scholars enrich the O'Neill School through providing a global perspective on our world-class research and teaching agendas, all while advancing their own professional goals as visiting researchers and practitioners at our school.
O'Neill International Visiting Scholars come to us from top-ranked universities abroad, foreign governments, international NGOs, and more -- and we have hosted scholars from a wide array of countries. We work closely with Indiana University's Office of International Services to ensure that scholars are prepared for the immigration procedures necessary for their research period in the U.S.
International scholars and practitioners who are interested in working with the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs should contact O'Neill School faculty that match their research areas. Scholars must secure an O'Neill faculty host that will sponsor their research period at O'Neill prior to being admitted into the OIVSP.
